Headline News (HLN) is the cable channel where I get my news. I particularly like The Morning Express anchored by Robin Meade. Robin has a very sunny personality and her co-anchors are also very upbeat, which is just what I need in the morning.

With each new season it seems like there are less scripted TV shows and more reality programs. I can certainly appreciate a good drama series or a well-written sitcom but I am rapidly replacing my regulars with reality shows.
One of the reasons that I am watching more reality TV is because a lot of these shows appeal to my whole family.
